One of Ahmedabad's oldest churches is the Church of North India in Raikhad.
Prior to the 1901 construction of the CNI Church in Raikhad, services in the community were hosted at the 1853-built IP Mission School. The church was enlarged in 1953.
The church features Gothic windows set into a circular front façade. The church is set up in a cross-like manner. The interior has a high ceiling and few antique benches among the furnishings.
